1. Eligibility for Returns

    • Original Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.

    2. Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
    3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
    4. Packaging: When returning items, pack them in another box to ensure the original packaging is not damaged by stickers, courier handling, etc.
  1. Refunds

    • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
    • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
