Eligibility for Returns
- Original Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Return Window: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date for unopened goods.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened consumables (e.g., toners, inks)
- Custom or special order items
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Defective Items
- Inspection: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
- Reporting: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Confirmation: Contact us first to confirm the product is faulty. We may need information from the manufacturer to confirm the fault.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support-au@copynetdirect.com.au email or 1800 820 074 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items). Use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance.
- Packaging: When returning items, pack them in another box to ensure the original packaging is not damaged by stickers, courier handling, etc.
Refunds
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund for returned items that are not defective or damaged.
Exchanges
- Process: If you need to exchange an item, follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Faulty Goods Specifics
- Weight Requirement: Most cartridges must meet a minimum weight before we can accept them for return.
- Print Samples: Laser or copier returns must include printed pages from the cartridge in question.
- Tampering: Products that have been refilled or tampered with will not be accepted.
- Seal and Secure: Ensure cartridges are sealed and secured to prevent leaks or loss in transit.
